This is the face she gives after she reaches her destination. Notice the teethies.

Here and There...Everywhere
My bonus post of the week. Sophia is everywhere you can imagine. She crawls and wants to stand against anything that can support her. She is hard to chase sometimes. Here are just a few of her favorites places.
On my way to my next destination.
She likes the door stoppers.
Mama's gym bag.
In the fridge.
Trying to get out the doggie door. Teaching them how it works.
To get to the water bowl. Her mini swimming pool.
Back at the doggie door again. This time she wants to get out to be with her brothers.
At the bathtub.
Pulling her self up on the coffee table.
9th Month Check-Up
Yes, Baby Sophia is not really a baby anymore. More like a toddler. She is so strong. Most people when they hold her comment on how solid she is. She is a little muscle woman. Given she has some ear infection Sophia is remarkably a very healthy child. She eats well and she is very intrigued by anything she sees. She has such a unique personality. She is slowly learning by copying mommy or daddy.
What makes her giggle:
When I do a pretend sneeze
Singing Itsy Bitzy Spider
When Apollo comes around
When she is tickled
When she is in her stroller following Apollo
Random dramatic words w/funny faces
Things that make her mad:
Getting any type of medicine
Not getting her bottle fast enough
Not giving her food fast enough
Not getting her normal bedtime routine
Her favorite Foods:
Broccoli (sometimes w/cheese)
Baka's Chicken Soup
Puffs
Potatoes (mashed, cut, anyway)
Homemade Bread
Oatmeal
Mac & Cheese
Onions
Her least favorite Foods:
Banana's
Spicy Food
She drinks normal cow milk from her sippy at dinner. She likes the sippy's with the straws. The other ones are a bit too frustrating for her. At the moment she consumes about 2 (9 ounces bottles) and 2 (6 ounce bottles) and she eats snacks, lunch, dinner. All solids. She is good about giving everything a try.
Stats: 24 pounds 10 Ounces 90%
Height: 30.5 inches 90%
FOC: At home..but she grew about 1/4 inch

July 4th Weekend
July 4th weekend was a blast. My mom had come to visit so we had a lot of girlie time. Which included pedicures. My favorite part of course. My mom ate what I did most of the weekend which really helped me stay on track. Overall it was a great weekend.
Sophia was a huge photo ham as always. The only down fall really was that it seems that Sophia is getting a lot more ear infections. By the end of the weekend she has a ear infection in both ears along with pink eye in both eyes. Luckily Sandro’s parents where off that week and basically took care of her for the majority of the week. The main issue here is that Sophia never has fever when she has a ear infection. So we can’t tell until we take her to the doctor. We finish the round of antibiotics and the pink eye disappears in two days. It’s the strangest thing.

The grandparents. Getting them all to focus can be hard. :)

Sophia just a smiling.

She loves to stick her tongue out all the time. :)
