Swim Lessons Do pay off

Sandro insisted on getting swim lessons for Sophia. Not only did he insist but he pretty much did not give it a second thought. We are going on vacation in December during Christmas and Sandro wanted to make sure that Sophia can swim.  We did a group class first. She was with 4 kids a tad older then her. She did well but was the youngest one in the pack so she didn't get as much out of it. Sophia also has a short attention span. Who doesn't at 3.5? So the recommended that she try private lessons. I hesitated slightly at first. $210 dollars for 6 lessons just seems like a lot to me. However, after seeing the results I completely see vast improvement in her skills at her age. She can swim in 6 feet water and she actually seems to enjoy it more and more. She has no issue in diving for things and we don't have to spend the entire time in the baby pool anymore. I am amazed with her progress.
