Sleeping

This week just started putting Sophia in her own crib in her own room. The first night wasn't ideal as she had woken up and couldn't get back to sleep, however ever since then she has been doing really well with the concept of it all. She likes to be wrapped up like a burrito for now. At first going in she hates it but when she passes out she is out for good. When she was smaller we used to not wrap her hands in the swaddle because she hated it. However, at the daycare they do a swaddle and it really calms her down. She has been sleeping till like 3:45 and waking to eat from 3:45-4:15. Then she is out again. This is really nice on the weekends because mommy can sleep in. However, on the week days I think it makes her mad that I have to wake at 5:30 to get her ready for daycare. Sometimes it's painfully hard getting her up in the morning. She just looks so darn cozy and content. You really hate to wake a sleepy baby.

Daycare has been doing good. However, by the time I see in the evening she is so worn out with everything that she is a little moody. She really just wants to eat and then go to sleep. While there isn't anything wrong that I don't get to see her coo's all that much. The weekends are fab because at least she is happy for a few hours before she is hungry again. She likes to sit on her playmat and do tummy time. She likes to do half rolls and punch at her toys. What she doesn't like is if you aren't paying attention to her. She also loves to be held more than being put in her bouncer anymore. I think it's cause the ladies at the daycare can't put her down. Overall, we are very happy with her our choice and we see the changes daily in Sophia.

So the pics for the week:

Stage 1:I just wanted to show how small she looks in her crib. This is before I turn the lights on in the morning.

Stage 2: Lights on. A bit closer up.

Stage 3: First layer to unwrap. Sleepy baby awakes.

Stage 4: Multiple big stretches.

Stage 5: Dressed ready to impress.

Oh and one of my favorite bibs. Cause girls are just better!
